Hotel Real Estate
Leveraging Geolo's track record of nearly 20 years, the firm is an active asset manager of its legacy portfolio that represents approximately 2,000 keys.
Geolo views its hospitality strategy through an opportunistic lens, as exemplified through its most recent sales of Ventana Big Sur ($2.5mm / key exit price) and the Hutton Hotel in Nashville (50% realized IRR).
Geolo will continue to draw on our pedigree in the space to evaluate new opportunities for hotel investment. We bring the resources and financial acumen of a private equity fund, paired with the agility of a family office, to evaluate investments for both long-term appreciation and risk-adjusted Internal Rates of Return. Geolo's investment thesis moving forward is focused on (1) building a long-term value-add portfolio of full-service resorts proximate to urban areas and in vacation destinations with inelastic consumer demand and (2) extended stay assets with the ability to keep labor and commodities costs in line with elastic consumer demand.

Multifamily Real Estate
Over the several years, Geolo has closed on equity investment commitments which represent more than 4,000 multifamily units and $1 billion of asset value across both development and acquisitions. Geolo has built its team to continue sustainable growth in the multifamily sector across high-growth markets nationally. Geolo brings its experience and track record as a developer and investor across complicated hotel/multifamily mixed-use developments to act as both a Sponsor and Limited Partner, offering a long-term mindset and investment horizon to create and own a well-diversified portfolio.
